Do you ship?

TL;DR — Yes we do. We ship nationwide and in rare cases, Canada and Mexico 

We do ship within the United States and in rare cases outside if shipping is setup. Our shipping department will take care of packing and protecting the product to minimize and prevent damage to any and all product. Shipping costs are relative to the location of the destination and also the product being shipped.

Do you deliver?

TL;DR — Yes! We service the greater Los Angeles area and delivery is free within 15 miles. 

We deliver to various locations in Southern California depending on how far the delivery destination is. General delivery out to LA is $20 and with greater distances can extend between $40-$100. Further distances would need extensive planning on our end and may take a day or two extra to make it out.

TL;DR — Of course you can. You can pick up your order from our Fontana location during business hours.  

Will Call is available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM

At your convenience, items that are ordered online can definitely be Will Called in store. All you will need is the order # to pick up the parts and you will be on your way.


Where is my order?

Orders that have not been sent out as of the order date can be cancelled without a re-stocking fee. Orders that have already been picked and sent out will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

What is my cost?

TL;DR — Costs on parts vary between Body Shops, Owner Operators, Fleets, Transportation Companies, ETC.

There are a number of factors that may affect the cost of a part. Buying frequency, buying power, and passing discounts down may affect any number of costs affiliated with parts. We will ensure we try our best to give you the very best price when possible.

TL;DR — Yes, the discount will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

Bulk orders will definitely warrant a price break. The price break depends on the quantity ordered and the type of product sold.

Discounts can be applied for any number of reasons. Frequency of purchasing, buying power, etc. - We will try our very best to extend any savings onto you.


TL;DR — These are aftermarket parts. As long as the information is correct and the right part was ordered, all should be good.

All of our high quality aftermarket parts are factory fit tested before they make it to us. You should be good to go. If for any reason a part does not fit - go ahead and contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

Where do you source your parts?

TL;DR — We get all of our parts from trusted suppliers.

The suppliers of all of the parts that we sell are located all over the world. All of them are trusted, effecient, and use the very best materials at their disposal to ensure every piece is quality and long lasting.

TL;DR — We will make it right as long as it was our mistake.

If we sent you the wrong part on accident, we will make it right at no charge to you. If a customer orders the wrong part on accident, we would have to charge a re-stocking fee and they will have to ship the product back to us. Always be careful when ordering parts and double check the VIN#s to any trucks that you are working on - it may be tricky with some!

What if I receive a damaged part?

TL;DR — We will make it right. 

Sometimes freight companies toss, throw, or smash products by accident. Nothing is always perfect and we understand that. We will try our best to replace any damaged parts as quickly as possible to get that truck back on the road. The procedure may differ depending on the freight company/location shipped. We will work with you every step of the way. We do package our shipments with the goal in mind to prevent any damage, of course.

Customized parts are special order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We offer a wide array of used parts depending on the year and model of the truck. Go ahead and ask and it may be something we have available or something we can locate for you.


What if my truck is not listed?

There are a number of oddball trucks on the road, but that doesn't neccessarily mean they don't make the part aftermarket or we can't find it used. Give us a call or shoot us an e-mail and we will try our best to locate it for you.

TL;DR — We currently do not have paper catalogs, but our website here has everything that we currently offer

Do you recommend repair shops?

TL;DR — We do not. In order to respect our many partnerships we leave the repair shop choice to you.
